Rent an E-Bike (sports electric-assist bicycle) at Amanohashidate (Umi no Kyoto Miyazu Roadside Station) and ride through Ine and the Tango Peninsula.
Amanohashidate, nominated as one of the “Three Views of Japan” and “Most Beautiful Bays in Japan,” is more than just a view from the observation deck.
You can cycle through the sandbar, and as a sacred place that has been the object of worship for thousands of years, there are various mystical spots inside.
Manai Shrine and Amanohashidate Winery are also recommended spots.
You can also reach Ine in one hour each way by E-Bike, and enjoy a wonderful cycling experience along the coastline.
This roadside station is located 2 km before Amanohashidate, across from the hotel “Fairfield by Mariott”. It is a 10-minute walk from Miyazu Station and has a parking lot.
