You can experience the unique nature and culture of Kyoto through bamboo groves, rivers, rice fields, and 1,000-year-old roads.
We also completely avoid crowds and traffic jams and take you to the most spectacular views that you can only get to by E-Bike and local guide.
High-performance E-Bikes and guides
The tour uses high-performance e-bikes that can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced cyclists alike.
This is a private tour, provided with an e-bike and a guide with extensive local knowledge.

Since this is a private tour limited to one group, you can take advantage of the flexibility of options such as hotel pickup and drop-off, transportation to remote locations, and customizing the route to suit your cycling level.
Itinerary
Pick-up from hotel or station
A dedicated support vehicle will pick you up from your hotel or station in Kyoto city. If your hotel is close to the cycling area, you will start directly from there.
Fitting & Instruction
We will teach you how to use the E-Bike and the basics of cycling in a spacious and safe place.
If the size of the bike doesn't fit your plan, we will stop by our base to adjust the size.
Kinkaku-ji*
We will stop at the famous Golden Temple, if it is too crowded or if you are not interested we will cut it out*.
Ancient Cedar Road
We will ride our bikes along the roads that run through the cedar forests that are the building blocks of many of Kyoto's temples. This is also an old road that dates back 1000 years.
Bamboo grove (Emperor's tomb)
This is a very mystical area where many successive emperors rest.
Rice field
Cycle through wide, car-free, beautiful countryside.
Historic Preservation District
Cycle through a preserved area that has remained unchanged since 1000 years ago.
Nenbutsu-ji
We will stop at Nenbutsu-ji Temple, famous for its 1200 stone statues.
Katsura River
Katsura River (Hozu River) is a beautiful river that represents Arashiyama. You can enjoy the harmonious scenery of the valley and old buildings.
Stop at a teahouse*
If you get tired, we will stop at a teahouse to have tea and a light meal. Food will be charged separately.
Transfer to hotel after the tour
After the tour, a support vehicle will take you back to your hotel or the station.
